首先我對酒店環境還是很滿意的，但是給這個差評是因為酒店認為我使用裏面五元的一次性浴巾。當時交了100元按金衹退回95，於是我第一次打電話詢問情況，給的解釋是因為我們使用的那個5元浴巾，我跟他表示沒有，我知道那個要收費所以沒用，他説要去再核對，於是結束第一次通話。第二次通話是因為我看他們一直沒回消息，我自己主動打過去了，他説剛剛核對了的，確實是使用了，只有一包了，我再次表示沒有，並且要求他們拿出照片，他説加wx，賠償我5元，我覺得能接受，就同意，我電話號碼還沒報完就掛掉了，到現在也沒等到所謂了處理。現在我的訴求是給出證據表示我用了你們的5元浴巾，如果確實有證據已經使用，我確實也沒用過，需要找出是誰用的。可能酒店方會覺得我因為5元大題小做，但是我想説的是，一就是一，二就是二，並且你們不處理的態度讓人非常不滿意。順便説下你看清楚垃圾簍到底是你們的包裝，還是我自己帶的一次性浴巾包裝袋！
