該酒店的服務員得知我們預訂的該房型，非常的瞧不起人，態度不好，沒有耐心！房間太差，早上要是多睡1個小時就要沒有生命了，呼吸困難！非常不建議以後的客人預訂該房型！誰住誰受罪！！

誰住誰知道，簡直了！地毯滿地煙頭燙的疤，其他地方衞生幾乎沒做，牀頭櫃全是灰，進門地上也不知啥時候丟的小卡片，也不清理，廁所地上上個客人丟掉的洗漱用品袋子，還有淋浴間用完的沐浴露等等都沒收拾，還有那椅子看了簡直……yue，酒店我住那麼多年，幾乎沒給過差評，定之前有雙早，跟不含早價格都不一樣，結果入住後告訴沒有早了，廚神放假了，餐廳不開你們不會下架含早嗎，擺明坑人！反正我再不會住，最好以後都不路過監利了！

房間整潔，衞生打掃的幹靜。東西擺放的也可以，睡覺很安靜，沒有散小卡片的。安保做的非常好👌🏻，愉快的一次體驗。早餐比較多樣化，而且都是免費送的。值得推薦，下次到這裏來還住這裏。還有會議室，服務很熱情。
