設施老舊 衣架褪色發黴，我洗好的衣服晾乾後發現全是衣架染的褪色 毀了一件衣服一條褲子，都快一個月了還沒得到解決、服務員説話態度也不行，這就是人人信任的城市便捷 誰還趕住嗎？沒有服務保障

酒店位置很好找，就在主幹道上一眼就能看到，因出門忘記帶刮鬍刀，前台還給免費提供了一個，真的是相當給力！自助早餐品行也是相當的多，比很多大城市都多，食材乾淨衞生吃得很放心！總之能感受到員工都是經過專業培訓的，很專業！

第一次住，入住的時候酒店送了小禮品，晚上的時候又送了水果，住了這麼多次酒店這家酒店服務和性價比是最高和最好的，客房工作人員也都非常熱情，這次終於體驗了下監利早酒，如果有機會下次再來還選擇你們家住。

前台服務很熱情，主動幫忙拿行李，房間衞生乾淨，細節到位，床很舒服，淋浴出水快，水温舒適，中央空調效果很好，網速也很快，辦公方便；停車方便，很放心，位置很好，出門吃飯購物走路兩三分鐘都能滿足。

大廳還有冷飲檸檬水提供，檸檬水味道真好，必須點贊！酒店還有洗衣機，洗衣服很方便，門口也有專門晾衣服的地方，一下就曬乾了！兩個大人一個小孩，前台還多送了一份早餐，服務真的不錯！強烈推薦！！

很好的酒店，給送了四瓶免費礦泉水很貼心，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，早餐也很棒，品種很多，阿姨也很熱情，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦監利這家城市便捷！
