鄧家莊園位於建始縣高坪鎮，距離景點地心谷比較近，該莊園內設有超大免費停車場、KTV、棋牌室、草坪等娛樂項目，老闆非常熱情好客，房間設計簡約而整潔，給人一種温馨舒適的感覺，窗外就是美景，讓人心情愉悦放鬆。

先給酒店的大氣，老闆的開朗好客生活態度，衞生狀況點贊。名副其實的莊園，有草坪天幕喝茶，有可口的飯菜（有專業廚師做飯）KTV（免費，到了9點半就自律隔音，自娛自樂，不要擔心喧鬧）房間衞生乾淨，後面還有自家的山洞，清涼，還有自家藏酒。離地心谷入口8分鐘車程，早上可以避開大部隊遊客先入園。

全五星好評！房間新又衞生，住完第二天一大早就去景區了，中午回來退房的時候發現搞衞生的阿姨所有床單從裡到外都換了，很衞生。還可以免費K歌，老闆免費接送景區，還有露營的地方。另外老闆自己請的萬州大廚做的四川菜很好吃，個人覺得比恩施外面飯店的東西都要好吃。沒吃飯的建議直接去老闆家吃，價格也很平民消費。大小老闆都熱情好客，有問必答。非常nice，來恩施玩三天住三個地方的民宿，這是最好的了。牆裂推薦！
