夏季到建始遊玩入住小西湖酒店，酒店門前環境不錯，訂的森林標間，前台較熱情，有簡單的早餐。但奇葩的是有電視，衹給一個電視遙控器，機頂盒遙控器要由酒店專人負責，你要看電視，給前台打電話，喊人來給你開，一旦你外出再回來，又得喊人來操作下！幸好衹住一晚上，三番兩次找人進到房間內是多麼煩人！有些設施太舊了，或者説該修理下了，可以看圖片！再就是我下午入住，沒有熱水，前台説放十幾分鍾就有了，結果硬是放了足足一個半小時到了晚六點半熱水來了！不清楚怎麼回事。

服務態度挺好的，去黃鶴峯林景區沒有景交車，找前台幫我們叫了車，小鎮上沒有正規的出租車，衹能坐小三輪，好在離得不遠。另外必須誇一誇當地的班車師傅，直接給我們送到了酒店門口，回去的時候給他打電話又派了車到門口來接的！

去蝴蝶巖那邊玩，打了景區的客服，客服推薦我們住在花坪，就在攜程網定了這家酒店。服務態度很好，原本一家三口定了一個標間，去了之後發現一米二的床住着不太方便，去前台問能不能加床，前台説加不了，但是可以免費幫我們換一個三人間，三人間在一層也比較方便，很滿意。

酒店在野三峽景區附近，房間很大設施還算齊全，沒有空調，據説是因為夏季很涼快不需要吹空調，現在這個季節稍微有點涼，好在有電熱毯倒也不算冷，酒店的餐廳還不錯，有歌舞表演，看得出景區的用心良苦，必須給個好評。

先説説優點：交通方面：離景區很近，去黃鶴峯林景區開車5分鐘就到了。服務方面：前台服務員態度好，還免費幫忙升級了房型。環境方面：外觀非常大氣，門口就是小西湖，晚上燈光還挺好看的。再説説缺點：隔音效果不太好，正好遇到個旅遊團入住早上起來較早。總體還算不錯。

這次帶孩子來恩施玩兒，訂的酒店還不錯，我是在攜程網上看了很久才訂的這家酒店，就在花坪鎮核心區域，環境很好，門口就是花坪的小西湖，吃了晚飯去湖邊溜了個彎。酒店的早餐比較質樸 ，都是當地原生態食材，雖然簡單但新鮮。

酒店位置幽靜，依山傍水，環境還可以，房間跟市區酒店比起來有差距，地處花坪鎮景區自營酒店。前台服務態度還不錯，有問必答，附近吃飯的地方很多很好找，晚上的篝火挺熱鬧的。

看導航顯示是鎮上的酒店，本來很忐忑這個酒店的情況，結果出乎意料，周邊環境很好離景區也不遠。聽前台説因為冬季太冷酒店有一段時間是停業狀態目前重新開業不久，房間充裕給我們免費升級了房型。是屬於景區自己的酒店，總體還是比較推薦的！
