天怡酒店是一家非常舒適、方便、房間乾淨整潔寬敞明亮的酒店。智能體驗，真的太驚艷了！本來是抱着試試看的心態來的，結果從入住到退房，每一個細節都超出了我的預期，全程自助，告別等待：到店直接刷臉入住，手機就是房卡，連按金都免了，整個過程不到一分鐘，對我這種怕麻煩的人來説簡直是福音。
客房智能，貼心又好玩：進房間喊一聲“你好，小度”，就能控制燈光、窗簾和空調，根本不用到處找開關。感覺像有個專屬管家。科技感拉滿，但不冰冷：所有智能設備反應都特別快，指令識別也很準，完全沒有“反人類”的操作。它讓住宿變得更高效、更舒適，而不是為了智能而智能。
樓頂還有一個小花園，站在花園可以看到周圍的美景，老闆人也非常好，總的來説是一次非常完美的旅行，已經把這家酒店推薦給朋友了，下次來建水天怡酒店，一定還選這裏！

帶長者和孩子來建水玩，選了天怡酒店，果然沒讓我們失望！ 首先服務特別貼心，知道我們有小孩，主動提供了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品，前台小姐姐還耐心地給我們介紹了周邊適合孩子玩的景點和餐廳。 房間空間很大，我們定的家庭房一點都不擁擠，孩子睡了之後我們完全不用擔心吵到他。酒店公共區域也很漂亮，孩子很喜歡在大堂玩。 位置也不錯，打車去古城核心區起步價就到了。 是一次非常舒心、省心的住宿體驗，感謝天怡酒店讓我們全家擁有一個完美的假期！肯定會再來的！
