入住感受很滿意，一進去酒店，第一反應是很寬敞舒適，前台還可以免費寄存行李，叫醒服務，不用擔心會趕不上車。房間乾淨整潔，一次性用品配備的很齊全，床高低也正好合適。房間的採光也很好，都是帶窗户的。服務效率高主動性很強

這次出差選對了酒店！從進門開始就被貼心感包圍，前台核對訊息麻利，得知我趕行程還主動升級高樓層安靜房。房間裏沒有一絲異味，床單柔軟得像曬過太陽，浴室乾濕分離徹底，洗漱台連水漬都找不到，最戳人的是還配備了一次性咖啡杯和杯蓋，退房時匆忙落下充電器，剛出大門就追出來還，這樣懂需求的酒店，下次出差必選！

酒店有免費的停車場，電梯可以直達樓層和一樓大廳，前台很熱情，入住時有其他人在辦理，大廳有茶飲機主動給倒了茶水，早餐時間比較長到11：30，對不愛早起的人來説這點很完美，睡到自然醒還能吃到早餐，種類也挺多的，強烈推薦

酒店大堂很明亮，門口有很多的綠植讓人眼前一亮，房間隔音很好，不影響睡眠，去哪都很方便，距離都不遠，前台小姐姐很熱情，給我們推薦了本地人愛吃的本地特色，是一次不錯的入住體驗

價格不貴，但是房間很好很乾凈，有些超預期，有全自動洗衣機，可以免費洗衣服。沐浴間都是做的乾濕分離。其次在誇一下服務，辦理入住時候前台工作人員一直保持着微笑。雖然離古城還有一段距離，但是個人覺得比住古城那邊好，停車方便晚上也不吵，早餐也很美味，出差或者旅遊都可以考慮十二閲酒店

酒店的服務團隊訓練有素，每一位員工都以真誠的微笑和專業的態度迎接每一位賓客。無論是前台的熱情接待，還是客房服務的細心周到，都讓人感到賓至如歸。而酒店的整體環境更是無可挑剔，公共區域寬敞明亮，裝飾風格高雅而不失親和力，帶着長者出行，這家酒店的細節太打動我了！酒店有無障礙通道，房間裏的床高度很合適，長者上下床很方便。早上的早餐有軟爛的粥、蒸蛋、麪條，很適合長者的口味，服務員還會主動幫忙端餐。周邊交通很方便，打車很容易，去醫院、景點都很近，長者住得很舒服，這次出行特別順利，多虧了這家酒店！
