This homestay is newly renovated and very clean. It is a ten-minute walk from Chaoyangmen. The owner is very nice. I strongly recommend staying here when you come to Jianshui. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. Moreover, the supplies are disposable, which is very considerate and the service is in place.

這家店經營的非常細緻，我們是從另一家踩坑民宿搬到這家的，首先民宿非常乾淨明亮，所有的房間包括衞生間有窗户，沒有任何異味，床墊被子枕頭都是大品牌，非常舒服。衞生間提供免費的一次性用品質量非常好。最值得稱讚的是燒水壺，即熱出水乾淨衞生，不會有傳統燒水壺的陰影。

民宿門前有停車位，可以停6輛小車，民宿位置還是不錯，靠近臨安小火車站，步行到古城十五分鐘，出街口對面有菜市場，旁邊有沃爾瑪，供銷社食堂，購物吃早餐很方便，店內衞生整潔，二樓走廊寬敞，可以擺位泡茶，提供自助洗衣，免費棋牌間服務，整體不錯，就是車輛進出街道較窄，需要慢慢小心，我離店出去路面車子也蹭花了，技術問題，總之小心就好。

剛開張不久，很乾凈，連我有潔癖的婆婆和女兒都相當滿意。
店家十分熱情，我們一共9大2小，房間不夠，店主還幫我們找了附近的住宿，親自帶我們去供銷社，很實在很真誠。
房間很好，設施齊全，東西都是用一次性的，質量也不錯（拖鞋除外，用完這一批之後建議換掉）
洗澡地方建議放個防滑墊。

位置:該民宿距離古城小火車站🚉不遠，在背街小巷裡，離新橋街公交站200米，樓下可停車，客棧進去後大堂寬敞，樓層是兩層，房間和走廊寬敞。好多家都沒有他家大。
設施:房間裏備有古城景點及美食地圖，毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的。設備很新，被子是鴨絨的，睡着暖和舒服，馬桶🚽是智能加熱的，重要的是上面覆蓋了一層膜，用於洗澡時將馬桶打濕，洗澡水也充足，但是廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗澡後廁所全是水。
服務:兩個年輕小夥子態度很好，第二天早上還幫忙詢問小火車的班次，親自帶我們去買票，介紹良心餐廳就餐，從洗漱用品和床上用品，能看出店家的用心。
不足:我們去的時候wife有問題，連不上網，這讓我放棄了續住。房間缺少掛衣服的掛鈎和設備，建議補充。
