Friendly hotel in the center of Lin'an. Spacious room. Cleanliness to improve, for example the pillows do not smell good and would need to be washed or changed, shower curtain to be washed or changed. Maintenance also to be improved, for example the sink drain leaks and floods the bathroom, no shower tray which also floods the bathroom. Price about twice too high compared to the benefits.

Decorated in Chinese style, the accommodation environment is very quiet. It is located in the ancient city of Jianshui. It is very convenient to go to Zhujia Garden and other attractions. There are many snacks around. The service attitude is also good, and they even helped us change our standard room into a triple room. This family trip was quite satisfying.

春節訂的，3百多，不要太划算!有個古香古色的小院子，房間也是仿古裝修，雖然不太精緻，還是比較乾淨的，服務也可以。出門即古城，隔壁是三眼井，井邊有8元小碗10元大碗的肉渣米線，炒卷粉更好吃。右走兩三分鐘到朱家花園，不過未達期望值。雙龍橋風景好，得早去。建水總體消費不高，特別是飲品。停車直接導航朱家花園停車場，每次5元。第一天停在了春節臨時停車場，14小時50元。不過朱家花園停車場很小，可能衹能停路邊。

位置很好，房間不錯。提一點建議，衞生間里加一個墊子，小心年齡大的人洗澡時滑倒。木門應該檢修一下了，有一些不好開。
