酒店環境整潔，後院有自家停車場，客房間乾淨衞生沒有異味，住了3天又續3天，下次來建水還來這家。

這家酒店古色古香，很有風味感覺。
但是這個酒店的暖氣不是空調，是這種搖擺的所有不夠暖，在衞生間洗澡就會覺得很冷。

酒店房間很小，設施簡陋老舊，毛巾都破了好多洞，床單也有破洞還有頭髮，衞生間馬桶坐墊上全部是水，前台小姑娘服務倒是挺好的，空調也還不錯，湊合住了一晚。
