房間陳舊，設備老舊，提供的牙具和洗漱也不好，我住在12層，居然在等電梯時發現樓層有煙頭，主要是樓層還鋪的地毯，衞生不好，連安全都這麼差，房間門一關燈能看見很大的縫隙，購買外賣需要到一層門口自己去取。
