A sparkling new hotel, the room is very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Across the street is Sancha subway station. The service at the front desk was very good too, especially Sherry Li. She gave us a free breakfast voucher and also help my wife print out a paper document.

Checked in late at about 11pm as I took an late flight. Receptionist Sherry Li rendered great hospitality and ensured a prompt, quick check in for an tired soul.

I have stayed at Grand Mercure several times, it was pretty good. This time I was upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise!!! The only drawback is that there is no plug near the round table for working, so there is no place to charge the laptop.
