The contact details provided by the "hotel" does not work! In fact, the hotel is actually an AirBnB apartment operating illegally, that's why the apartment owner does not want to provide contact details. When you run into issues, you can't reach the owner and get timely help. There is no front desk, reception or any sort, really just an AirBnB. Trip.com helpdesk did help me, but it was only after wasting much time and frustration. Avoid this "hotel" at all cost. Save yourself the trouble and stay at TianFu airport instead.

The boss is very nice and the check-in was smooth. It is close to the airport and very convenient. You can order takeaway. The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. The washing machine is new and the sound insulation effect is also good. The only problem is that the position of the sofa can be adjusted.
