房間非常寬敞，住起來非常舒服，衞生沒得説，可以説是一塵不染。尤其對服務員服務態度點贊，全程服務熱情、貼心。還可以免費停車，早餐自助乾淨衞生，食材豐富。有需求的朋友，強烈推薦親子去體驗一下。

看了點評選擇了這裏，名副其實的滿分，大堂寬敞明亮時尚，擺了很多小吃和飲料，酒店每個地方都很乾凈清爽，客房設計簡潔實用方便，衞生間用品看得出來用心選擇突出特色，早餐真是出奇的豐富，食材選擇和製作都很認真，前台小姐姐們笑容可掬，幫助拿行李開電梯，服務人員見面都是微笑打招呼，以前沒怎麼住過快捷酒店，這次真是顛覆了自己的認知，也很感慨，衹要企業真心追求高品質的服務，其實市場是足夠大的，目前交城沒啥有競爭力的酒店，全季的前景十分美好。推薦這家酒店。

本來是去汾陽的，天色將晚於是退掉了汾陽的住宿，定在了交城。這家全季酒店是我住的第一家全季，房間超大，做套間都行，洗手間乾濕分離，停車場大，好停車。早餐豐盛，品種多，最暖心的是前台客服，讓人賓至如歸。

進入辦理入住的時候前台玩手機，站到前台了，沒人給一杯水，當然可能沒這個服務。
進入房間床上明顯被別人躺過，這個還好，之前沒有味道。
剛洗完澡然後就有警察來查房，服務員站在後麪，一句話不説，警察全程沒開啟視頻錄製，要求查看證件，兩次才提供，詢問警號多次，直接回復一個名字，讓用名字核對。更過分的是當天入住客人不少，我問酒店經理為啥要帶着查我們，給不到一個理由，事後酒店經理帶着禮品來房間道歉，但是給不到一個合適的理由。溝通過程我全程錄音。
第二天早上開車開車準備離開停車場，結果顯示讓繳費，真可笑了，入住前六個小時主動黑膜打電話，我也報備了有車輛，告知停車免費，需要進入車庫。然後出門是提示收費，地下室信號不好，當時也沒辦法很快繳費，後面車輛堵的都是按喇叭的，真尷尬。
作為會員用户，一直信賴全季，可是這次的體驗讓我覺得管理混亂、地方人員素質低下……
最差的體驗了。

沒有空調 加濕器不能用。地暖超級熱，夜間1點脱水醒來，桌子上的水果都蒸發的剩下過果乾兒了。無奈衹能把浴巾打水，鋪地上增加水份。嘴裏幹吧 眼裡冒火。再也不來全季酒店了。
