酒店的設施非常齊全，智能化的配置，服務也非常周到，服務人員熱情友好，讓人感覺非常舒適和安心。酒店的位置非常便利，交通非常方便，整體感覺非常不錯。服務人員説 咖啡角也設立了，希望下次入住可以品嚐到！

五一假期帶家人去蛟河旅遊，提前預訂了蛟河賓館，沒想到這次入住體驗完全超出預期，尤其是作為國企，假期期間堅守不漲價的惠民政策，必須給個大大的贊！
今年五一各地酒店價格普遍“瘋漲”，但蛟河賓館作為國企，不僅房費與平日一致，還主動提供免費升級服務！前台工作人員説：“國企要帶頭響應政策，不賺‘假期溢價’，讓遊客住得實惠。” 這種責任感讓人倍感安心，對比其他熱門景區動輒翻倍的房價，蛟河賓館的“良心價”絕對是一股清流！
房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全且維護得很好，床品乾淨柔軟，隔音效果也很棒，完全不像有些老牌賓館設施陳舊。細節完全不輸高端酒店！早餐是地道東北風味，現煮的小米粥、手工包子管夠，爸媽吃得特別滿意。
前台工作人員服務熱情又專業，主動幫忙規劃周邊遊玩路線（推薦了慶嶺活魚街和紅葉谷，超讚！），還提醒我們停車場免費、延遲退房不加價。退房時還有五一活動，送了當地特產小禮包，暖心到爆！
個人感覺蛟河賓館用行動證明了國企不僅是“穩價格”的標桿，更是“高品質服務”的代表！如果所有景區酒店都能像這樣堅持惠民初心，遊客哪還用擔心“假期被宰”？下次來蛟河，閉眼選它家！強烈推薦給家庭出遊或商務出行的朋友，性價比之王，絕對不踩雷！

去延吉自駕遊的就不要在這裏停留了，這家賓館硬件不行，但已經是當地最好的賓館了。
1.停車場大，方便停車。住店要交100塊錢按金。
2.早餐到8點半，睡懶覺的吃不了賓館的早飯。
3.房間衞生差，上一個客人應該是本地在這間房結婚的，所以門背後還貼着囍字，地上也是結婚用品的垃圾，床上有新娘的亮閃紙，沙發上也全是亮閃粉。粘了我們一身一手都是。所以這個房間的床品，賓館可能就沒換過，直接捋直了給下一個客人用的。
4.套房有空調，但客廳和卧室的兩個空調共用一個遙控器。我關客廳的空調還得走到卧室外面去關。
5.晚上前台服務員説話很硬，不如早上的有禮貌。

房間不大，對帶娃出行的人來説稍小。當然，價格也是十分可人，究其原因這是當地政府的接待酒店。停車場不小，但都停了許多聽説是無關的車，旅客的車需要自己去找車位，有可能還找不到。
