I have never stayed in a place with such poor facilities. Water kept coming out of the sink and sewer. The room was extremely cold. The air conditioner was blowing cold air even when the temperature was set to the highest setting.

機場周邊的賓館太多了，衝著如家旗下品牌而選擇了它。實在覺得很遺憾，價格是真不貴。要説硬件呢，也是商務賓館該有的配套算是不錯了。問題就在於，相關配套的軟件服務上，首先就是晚上打電話諮詢接機的事，前台的小姑娘説話不知道為什麼非常的沖，有攜程的錄音為證。然後應該是外包了，接車的司機，司機看得到是商務車，但是説話同樣跟吃了槍葯一樣。後來我以為可能他就説話這麼個態度，後來發現在接其他客人面對三個東北來的彪形大漢時，説話馬上變了個腔調。這實在讓人覺得有些難以接受。另外，大廳裏明顯一股裝修完非常刺激的材料味道，這是我覺得最大的問題，如果有孩子或者身體不舒服，敏感的，這應該要嚴查了。房間內被褥上很明顯的濃重煙味，杯子實在是我見過最可怕的杯子了，非常非常重的油污。倒是出門的時候打掃衞生的阿姨們很熱情，給了我為數不多的好感。總之，實話實説，按這個價格是個三星的評價，硬件相對好一些，但是各方面的軟件作為經營管理者，要想在現在的環境中獲得真正的好評，還是應該下點功夫。

夜裡近10點到達膠東地鐵，通知酒店前台過來接站，司機師傅比我預期的時間早到2分鐘，並且師傅主動幫忙搬行李，讓人暖心，酒店環境可以，隔音不太好，夜裡都能聽到機場飛機起飛降落聲音，熱水淋浴很不錯，提供一次性拖鞋很薄，但底是塑料，防水，趕早班機，司機師傅全程高速到達，很安心

首先，剛進門就發現衞生間有不明鞋印，窗簾上有不明白色點點，牀頭櫃的把手上幾乎沒有擦過，全是灰包括桌面。後來第二天起床的時候發現枕頭下面有紅色血跡。當時衹拍了衞生間其他都當時沒當回事沒有拍，後面越想越恐怖，一家連鎖酒店能把衞生做的這麼差，而且被子角也有破損
