Need to use the Airport’s bathrooms, need to go out of the hotel building, which was shocking to me. No sense of security Ithought.

Very concenient location for transit passengers especially late night transit travellers. My capsule bed is next to the entrance door and very noisy when people going out and coming in and difficult to sleep with the door noise. Other than that the bed is clean and close to the public washroom.

I was worried that it would be inside the international transit area which I might be unable to access (as a domestic traveller) but it is outside the domestic arrivals area (2F). (That might mean it isn't accessible to international transit travellers.) It was well signposted and easy to find. It's a simple capsule hotel, and would have been fine, but in July it was very hot and stuffy inside the capsule, despite the extractor fan. I know it isn't feasible to install air conditioners in every capsule, but I don't see why they can't run aircon in the main room to help keep the capsules cool. I wouldn't stay there again in summer for this reason. Probably fine at other times of year.

Great location which is easy to find. The pod and bathroom was clean. Just a reminder that the showers are inside the hotel but you need to use the public washrooms outside the hotel.
The odd thing was that online it says no children but there were several children at the hotel, the parents did a good job telling the children to be quiet but still found it odd.
