Atour Hotels in Jiashan

I stayed at Atour on a business trip. Because I booked the wrong time, the front desk helped me to add a reservation for the same day and sent an extra breakfast. The room was clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable to sleep on, and my neck didn't hurt when I woke up, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast was also very rich, but the coffee was a little bitter. The cleaning lady greeted me and was very polite. The layout of the lobby is also tall and elegant, no one smoked, and the environment is elegant. There are cherry blossoms and a small garden outside the hotel to stroll around, and there are also large and small restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

This Atour Hotel will open in 2022. Therefore, the hotel facilities are brand new and relatively high-end, such as smart toilets, 75-inch TVs, electric curtains, wireless mobile phone charging, robot services, etc. In addition, the hotel's services are also in place. We, a group of four, booked two rooms, a twin room and a king room. (There was only one room with twin beds when booking on Ctrip) When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that the two rooms were not on the same floor. So, with the mentality of giving it a try, we asked if we could adjust it. A gentleman at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded us to a twin room, which made us very happy.

This is my second time stay at this hotel because of my last excellent stay experience. It is as consistent as it can be and I am really enjoyed the stay this time again. Super clean, great location and friendly and helpful staff.
