酒店在嘉善的中心區域，比較好找，停車什麼也比較方便。不過這是嘉善原來的中心，現在它離老城區和新城區都有點距離。
房間比較寬敞，相對説來是老了點，但派頭還在，設施也是比較可以的，比如衞生間有淋浴還有這浴缸，房間的暖氣也不錯。
含早的質量也是可以的，並非馬馬虎虎的早餐，保持了三星的標準。推薦入住。

東方大廈，從地理位置和建築風格，看得出曾經輝煌，現在雖然老舊了，可是，住了一天覺得還不錯，房間很大，桌面，床品，洗手間，毛巾等，都很乾凈，175這個價格我自己覺得也是值得？前台大姐姐聲音温柔，笑臉甜美，停車雖然要開地鎖，但保安大哥也是笑臉相迎，以後有機會去嘉善，我還是選擇入住東方大廈。另外，離酒店大概一公里不到，有家蒼蠅館子，叫三人軒，地道嘉善味道，偶然選擇，感覺良好。

設施：房間又小，陳舊淋浴龍頭還是壞的
環境：停車也要叫保安開地鎖。一點都不想再去入住了，對了早餐也是沒幾樣東西。差評

離親戚家比較近，又續住了一玩，服務到位，前台接待熱情，有親和力，免費升級了親子家庭套房，還多送了幾瓶水，下次來，還會選擇這家酒店

雖説房間裝修略顯陳舊，但設施齊全，特別是服務完全彌補了硬件的不足，提供夜宵，歡迎水果，甚至配備了水果刀，退房還有小禮物，性價比高。
