Front desk manager caed car to take us from xitang to suzhou. Original quote was for $190yuan, but upon reaching Suzhou, driver demanded $288 yuan. This was a shock.
There is no safety deposit box available in room.

This hotel has a great location. You can reach the scenic spot by crossing the bridge. The room is spacious and the service staff is very friendly. They also provide snacks. The front desk guy upgraded the booked king-size bed room to a garden river view duplex suite. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had its own balcony with a direct view of the lake. The housekeeper added WeChat the day before and provided full service.
