Great comfortable stay in the middle of the ancient town, very convienent if you are planning to visit the xitang ancient town and spend the night.
Clean and great ambience in the courtyard.

The facility is beautifully located within the ancient water town, which will require additional 100 Yuan per person for entry fee. The entry ticket allow you to enter into some history sites. Unfortunately no one informed us that the ticket has to be used on the date of purchase only. We were not provide much of the advices about town. After a few repeated requests, the owner had kindly help us call a cab to go back to Shanghai.

Great services, connected with the WeChat group before arriving and picking us up at the car park.
Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

Good location, close to the north gate of the ancient town
The main entrance leads to the center of the ancient town
But there are many complaints:
1️⃣The hygiene is very poor, the floor is all dusty, the hourly cleaning lady was very perfunctory, she didn't even change the garbage bag for me, the boss can't manage it alone
2️⃣ The wash basin in the room should be separated by a door, otherwise the whole family will wash and disturb the people who are resting.
3️⃣ Floor heating is really speechless. I thought it was warm and comfortable, but in the end I found it was terrible. It was so hot the whole night that I couldn't sleep comfortably. The key is that it can't be turned off or the temperature can't be adjusted.
4️⃣ For breakfast, there are only two temporary aunties making pickled vegetable noodles or big wontons. The noodles taste so-so, and the wontons are really not good. Adding a sweet potato is already quite polite. If you have high standards for breakfast, you will definitely be dissatisfied with this restaurant.
What afternoon tea set, bar experience, Hanfu experience coupons, I didn't see them at all
I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment. I saw a high rating and chose it. If I have a next time, I will definitely not choose this one
