設施：比較陳舊，門鎖不是很好，鎖芯對不上，開門有點費勁
衞生：估計平時客流量不算多吧，床上用品總感覺有層灰
環境：靠湖邊的房間還不錯，隔音差了點
服務：服務熱情，有問題都給及時解決了
酒店離古鎮還有一公里左右，步行也能到，邊上全是吃的，大排檔，夜宵店，晚上睡覺會有點吵。酒店的早餐還可以，除了沒有現做的湯麪這種，其他基本都有。整體來説還行吧！

前台小哥哥、小姐姐、非常熱情為我們服務，還送了酸梅湯給我們，看有孩子免費給我們升級了房間，太貼心了。客房環境也很好，早餐雖然品種不多，但還是挺不錯的。這次能入住這家酒店，太榮幸了！

位置交通:離西塘步行不到十分鐘就到了，特別方便
停車:停車很方便，門口就是充電樁，酒店有免費停車場，離店時掃一下前台的二維碼綁定下車子就行了，不收取額外的費用
早餐:有現煮的餛飩和麪條，還有其他很多，種類也是比較多
