首先説優點：
1. 位置絕佳： 酒店就在地鐵口旁邊，出來走不到50米就是大堂，對於我這種拖着行李箱的商務客來説太方便了。周邊雖然不直接臨主幹道，但很安靜，晚上休息得很好。
2. 服務貼心： 前台辦理入住效率很高，一位姓王的工作人員態度特別友好，看到我有點累，主動幫我升級了高樓層房間，視野很棒。客房服務響應也很快，需要多一瓶水，電話後三分鐘就送到了。
3. 房間乾淨舒適： 房間比想象中要大，裝修是現代簡約風，看起來很新。最滿意的是床品，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭支撐性好，兩晚都睡得很香。衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，熱水出水很快。
4. 早餐豐富： 早餐品種雖然不算超級多，但品質很好。有現煮的麪檔，水果也很新鮮。咖啡是現磨的，不是速溶的，這點很加分。
唯一的小小建議：
房間裏的免費Wi-Fi速度偶爾會有點波動，對於需要頻繁開視頻會議的我來説，如果能更穩定一些就完美了。不過整體影響不大。

房間大，設施極簡沒有多餘的，也沒有客控這些，衞生做得還可以，空調效果不錯，沒有毛巾衹有一次性的比紙厚一點的浴巾和麪巾，快捷酒店的配置。前台無人機入住，有工作人員協助，進電梯刷臉報報全名有點尷尬。

本來我是不打算分享住宿經歷的，但是後續的服務真的氣到我了。環境什麼的我給好評，當天的處理算中規中矩吧！我給差評的是在我離店後不止一次的電話，微信等方式索要發票，兩間就給我開一間的發票，至今沒給我開另一間的。現在我就來分享一下當天的全過程，4月20日晚上和同事入住，一人一間大床房。上樓後發現我的房間居然沒打掃，被子什麼的都是亂的。然後我就打前台電話投訴。前台上來看後，跟我道歉，然後給我升級房間。我跟同事就下樓吃飯去了，等吃完飯上來，發現給我升級的房間門鎖壞的，不落鎖。我又投訴到前台。前台上來也沒搞好，告知我滿房了，沒得換了。讓我用門鎖上的保險就行。我忍了。然後挺晚的了我就去洗澡睡覺。根據水龍頭的標識，開了熱水，我提前開的，然後脱衣服進去。一洗冷的，給我凍的哦。搞半天還是冷水，最後我想會不會冷熱水裝反了？我一開冷水，果然出熱水了。洗完我又打電話去投訴。前台又跑上來看過後又給我道歉。講明天早上給我們賠償兩杯手工咖啡。我困了，懶得吵了。最絕的來了，我早上起來，打開洗漱包。發現衹給了牙刷沒給牙膏。下樓退房時又給前台投訴。其實本來我不想寫評論的，我一年中有100天的樣子會出差，無論酒店怎麼樣，我都沒寫過評論去評價。但是後續我跟酒店聯繫要發票這事，真讓我火大了，希望酒店方看到評論後，能主動和我聯繫，把我的發票開具給我。

不得不誇誇這家酒店的設施！房間的燈光設計超人性化，有多種模式可以調節，營造出不同的氛圍。Wi-Fi信號也特別強，不管是在房間辦公還是刷視頻，都非常流暢，一點也不卡頓。浴室裏的洗漱用品品質也很高，用起來舒服又安心，住在這裏真的太享受了！
