一次滿意的旅行，酒店位於西塘景區的北門，鬧中取靜，出去遊玩很方便，房間整潔舒適，服務很貼心。

住過的最差的酒店沒有之一，臨時改變行程，路經古鎮決定去看看，倉促選擇古鎮裏的一家酒店，入住第一視角差，設施簡陋，踢腳線裂開，壁燈壞的，地面的顏色着實不喜歡，整體給人臟的感覺，隔音也很差....綜上個人認為對不起一晚300+的價格，入住體驗很差，嚴重影響遊玩的心情，早早離開，不推薦！

優點：位置好找，幫定門票，不臨近河相對安靜不潮濕。自駕過來，位置很好找，從北門進來不遠處就是，但是會分好四個樓，如果不在前台的一號樓，就還要走一段距離。這邊挺安靜的，但是晚上還能聽到唱歌的聲音，十二點左右會好些。 窗外看到了可愛的咪子。
缺點：衞生差，環境差，服務態度因人而異。
一進來房間就給了個大驚喜，“污漬和大眼睫毛”，咱就是説，不換枕套的嗎？ 還好的就是就找了前台，帶人來給換了。 唉，衞生巾淋雨是個簾子隔擋，都是黴點，還不如不放簾子呢，看着怪噁心的。一次性牙刷還是放了兩個不一樣的，也是驚呆了。

今天來西塘玩，真是驚喜，西塘很漂亮，真是來對了。酒店在景區裏面，他們很熱情，服務也很周到，對我們也很耐心，期待下次來玩

酒店總體比較乾淨，唯一的就是相對簡單了一些，建議酒店進行重新裝修，讓客户進去以後感受到比較温馨和諧的感覺。這樣會帶來比較美好的體驗，可能還會選擇下次繼續入住
