The hotel is in a spectacular position inside the old city, very close to the love bridge. Our room had a fantastic view on the river and was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were ready to gently satisfy all out requests, and came to pick us up from the North gate on the check-in day and they walked us back to the gate at the check-out. We loved staying here, thank you.

This time when we stayed at Liangrang Hotel, the housekeeper Xiao Zhu contacted us in advance to help us order meals and so on. He would try his best to help us with any requests we put forward. The stay experience was also good and the room was very large. Liangshan Restaurant was delicious and served local dishes from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. There is also a farm opposite the hotel, which is also suitable for family outings. The hotel's service was very thoughtful and the experience was very good. The organic egg rolls were very delicious. Looking forward to coming again next time!

It is very convenient to go to the hot spring from the room. It is just downstairs and you can go directly after passing the bathrobe. However, you need to walk a little outside for breakfast or the hotel car will deliver it. The breakfast is shared with the Four Seasons Hotel. There are quite a lot of people. The children's suite has an outdoor private hot spring pool, which is great because you don't have to squeeze with people outside. The water is very hot and comfortable. The hotel elevator signs are not reasonable. The room numbers on the fourth and third floors are exactly the same. I just got my room card and didn't know which floor my room was on. I had to look around in the maze before I realized I was on the wrong floor. This detail can be improved. A little bit of signage classification can save guests a lot of walking to find their rooms. This situation has never happened in other hotels.

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative
