The boss and the boss's wife are simple, kind and honest people from northern Shaanxi. Because we arrived late and my family had difficulty moving, the boss waited for us and arranged a free room upgrade for us. He also enthusiastically recommended nearby food and travel details to us. In the morning, the boss's wife warmly saw us off and recommended breakfast and driving routes! I left this beautiful little town on the Yellow River with a warm heart! I'll stay at your house again! 房間內煙味很重，開窗自行通風一小時沒有緩解後聯繫前台要求換房。客房部在旁邊打掃，一直以現在沒有收拾好的房間為由拒絕。我們説我們正好要出去玩一會晚一點換房也沒有關係，客房部還是不願意，同行的男士態度堅決強硬要求後才同意換房。我們一行人共九人定了四間房共八分早餐，辦理入住時詢問前台可否多送一份早餐，一個孩子吃不了多少吧？前台拒絕説沒有權限，我們也理解，打算自行購買一份早餐（後來因為房間有煙味換了一件景色差的房間，多送了一張早餐券給我們）。第二天上午吃早餐時發現有些家庭兩個人大人帶着兩個孩子，給了兩張早餐券也是可以進入的。有時候甚至沒有人收早餐券。前台業務水平差，辦理入住和汽車出場等待非常長的時間

At around 6 am, the water stopped the phone, no one answered, I ran to her office place to see the door with the mobile phone number, I called and connected, she immediately hung up the phone! The second time I got through her to talk, I told her that the water was cut off, she said that she knew. I waited more than an hour for the water.

The newly opened hotel is very clean and the supplies are complete. The location is in the middle of the street. The boss is very enthusiastic. It feels like the best homestay in this place. I will stay next time I pass by.
