房間乾淨衞生，窯洞很有特色，空氣清新，院內的房間門口停車，適合自駕遊的旅客，非常滿意。

窯洞環境挺衞生搞得挺好！前台服務熱情，院內停車方便，被褥床單特別乾淨，還可以免費參觀的紅色文化博物館，來佳縣住紅憶窯洞酒店可以感受陝北獨特的民俗風情！

忘記拍照片了，佳縣算是比較窮的地方了，整個縣城不大，為了去香爐寺打卡拍照才選了這家窯洞。窯洞很有特色，掛着主席照片，弄的很紅色，孩子很感興趣，兩個大床，適合帶着長者孩子一大家子來。車開進賓館前要下一個特別陡的坡，剎車要踩住，窯洞前的院子很大，自駕車可以停在房間門口，拿東西搬行李很方便。洗澡水一般般，女孩子長頭髮的沒辦法洗頭，屋裡冷，床上沒有電褥子，就靠空調和幾個暖氣片加熱，但空調的熱風不足，幾個暖氣片帶不起來熱度，長者覺得特別冷，晚上睡覺帶着帽子穿着棉衣睡的。馬桶容易堵，建議床上加上電熱毯電褥子，冬天光靠空調和幾個暖氣片帶不起來屋裡的温度。老闆幫忙找了出租車去香爐寺，一口價單程20，來回40，據説縣城裡的出租車都不打表。

窯洞是我們感興趣的，所以都是花錢住宿，為啥不體驗一下？有院子，有清晨，有夜空繁星滿天，推薦的。要有心理準備哦，硬件不行。

服務態度惡劣，衞生相當差，床單下面全部是垃圾，整個院壩到處是拉圾，整個酒點的品質和價格不相符。

院裏停車比較方便，房間大小適中，設施尚可，位置比較偏，周邊用餐和購物不大方便，原以為是炕，卻是床，睡在上面翻身會響。

佳縣是個窮地方，所以酒店民宿也就這樣。打眼一看窯洞有些特色。就是設施老舊了，細節啥的談不上。湊合住吧。
