The location is close to Wanda and next to a stylish area JiuQuLi. The area has a variety of restaurants and shops. The service was helpful and fast. The check-in experience was fast and answered many questions. The rooms were clean, large with nice views of the city. There is a lounge area that a beautiful view of the city and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Was impressed how clean the hotel was. Front Desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast and a reasonably large room. Will be back again on my next trip in Jiaxing.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

The breakfast variety is rich and varied, from Chinese porridge to Western pastries, everything is available, and every dish is fresh and delicious, which can meet the taste needs of different guests. Both the room service and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The front desk took the time to carefully explain all the facilities to us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was enhanced by a stylish setting surrounded by bamboo. This thoughtful design created a sense of privacy for each table, making our dining experience even more enjoyable I was also pleased to discover that the gym is open 24 hours, which is a significant advantage for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was kept at a warm temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing swim even during the chilly winter nights Lastly, the villa-type design of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, making it feel like a photo opportunity at every step. Overall, Alila Wuzhen exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

The room facilities are better, the breakfast place is a bit far away, it takes6-7 minutes to walk. At first, I gave a room about the linen room and the landlord room. It was noisy to get in and out. Later, I changed it to another room and it was ok.
