Hotels with Breakfast in Jiaxing

Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and its location is very competitive and convenient for travel. Although the furniture and facilities in the hotel are quite old, the maintenance level is very good and the living experience is comfortable.

Because we arrived at Jiaxing South Railway Station very early, we chose a hotel close to the railway station. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning. Unexpectedly, the staff arranged a room for us and asked us if we had breakfast. If we ordered takeout, a robot would deliver it to the room. If there were not enough water and tea bags in the room, we could also ask them for more. The service was very good and the location was very convenient. I will choose this hotel again next time. The price-performance ratio is very high. The trip to Jiaxing gave me a very good impression. The city is clean and the attractions are interesting.

The hotel is in a prime location close to the Nanhu Scenic Area. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, large and spacious. The only drawback is that the facilities are a little old. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast options.

The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor. When I sleep at night, I hear the sound of the toilet drain pipe. In the morning, I was awakened by the movement of the cleaning outside and other tenants. My room is still in the corridor. The breakfast is quite satisfactory.

酒店處在市中心，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便10分鐘就可以抵達。酒店服務員非常熱情，前台經理小喬，幫我安排合適家庭住的房間，孩子受到特別的關照，洗漱用品和拖鞋，還有玩具都安排好了。不需要擔心。房間佈置很古樸，科技感的設施少了點，但也體現出酒店的服務價值，大堂的顏色能看出二十世紀出的金碧輝煌，2天1夜的嘉興遊玩，下次還會選擇陽光雷迪森酒店
