The hardware is ok! But the software is a mess! The scenery is very nice and the hotel is very big. It is very suitable for bringing children to play. Take a dip in the swimming pool and stroll around the scenery. Maybe because the environment is not bad, there are really many small flying insects in the room... But the most terrible thing is that the service really can’t keep up! When I checked in at the front desk, the young lady had a straight face and a boring smile... Then I couldn't call the guest room from the phone in the room... I just wanted another pair of dry slippers (they got wet after swimming), but I called twice and didn't answer. Then I called the front desk on my own phone but didn't answer... Then I wanted to go directly to the front desk. When I opened the door, I met the housekeeping lady and informed me of my needs. The housekeeping lady asked me to eat by myself and asked for it from the front desk... omg. My grievances accumulated endlessly. When I arrived at the front desk, I reported that no one answered the call to the guest room. The front desk said that the button was broken and you had to dial 0! Is there a prompt on your phone telling me to dial 0? ? Do you want me to guess? ?

I was bitten by mosquitoes all night and had no sleep at all. I had to change hotels to sleep at 5 o'clock in the morning. Don't stay at this hotel. I killed at least ten mosquitoes and even applied mosquito repellent to no avail.

趁小朋友開學前再來嘉興玩一下，帶了狗狗，所以選了綠地鉑瑞。 帶寵物都是安排在1層。房間還是蠻乾淨的，也沒有異味，佈局合理，有小陽台，還帶浴缸，床也舒適，房間超出預期。 酒店有泳池，但小童淺水池不開，衹有大池子，這個季節還是有點冷，更衣室洗澡間都不錯，但可能淡季的原因，泡池蒸房都不開的。 室內小童樂園也衹有周末才開。室外有一塊小童遊樂區域，但疏於打理，就隨便玩玩。 遛狗的話，對着湖這裏可以，也還不錯。 早餐品種選擇不多，味道一般，不是很滿意。 整體還算OK。
