JJiangechiletekongI want to use 'absolutely brilliant' to describe the facilities, maturity, quality, and comprehensive nature of my Wuzhen trip. I also want to use 'absolutely brilliant' to commend the Yida Silk Industry Hotel for its superior service, stunning views, quality accommodation, and exquisite breakfast. What I really want to do is give a special, huge shout-out to the hotel's concierge, Xiao Jiang. From the moment I drove into the Wuzhen parking lot, throughout my stay with sightseeing, activities, transportation, and dining, all the way until after check-out when he accompanied me to the parking lot and ensured I had driven off – his service was meticulous, thoughtful, tireless, and responsive to every request, even anticipating my needs. This level of service is something I haven't encountered in nearly ten years. Choosing to stay at Yida Silk Industry Hotel wasn't just amazing, surprising, and touching; I feel it was the best arrangement from heaven. If you're coming to Wuzhen, Yida Silk Industry Hotel is a must-choose.

PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself.
From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options.
Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms.
Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent.
Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

From the moment of pick-up at the guest service center to the final drop-off, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The entire experience was highly professional while still maintaining a warm and personal touch.
The room was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, including a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, the scenic area and park were clearly explained, and throughout my stay the staff anticipated needs almost before I expressed them.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was extremely friendly and attentive. While English was basic, they handled communication seamlessly using mobile translators, ensuring everything was smooth and efficient.
A special highlight was the complimentary boat ride from the hotel along the main canal to the reception area — a beautiful and memorable experience.
The scenic area itself is stunning: charming during daylight and absolutely magical at night when illuminated.
The hotel’s location is ideal — just a few steps from the river, centrally positioned within the park, and very close to the most iconic bridges.
I can strongly recommend both the scenic area and especially this hotel.

KKcuBeZSuperb VIP service from their service crew. Special shoutout to 管家小新. She explained each location and services in detail and was very responsive on wechat as well. My family have nevwr felt so pampered before. Location of the accommodation is right smack in the middle of the town and its very convenient to explore the area. Strongly recommended as a must stay place when you are in wuzhen

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

GGuest UserFacilities: The design is mostly complete, but it's clear it's been recently renovated, as there are still charcoal bags in the room.
Environment: The inn's environment is great, and breakfast is also very good.
Service: The service was a big plus; helping guests with their luggage was excellent.
The only thing is that the king room was really expensive when I booked it, over 1,500 for one king room. However, this depends on individual spending power. I just don't think the room's facilities and equipment quite justify the price. Overall, it was good, and the whole town is lovely. The scenery is excellent. I wish I had just booked a regular guesthouse instead.

AAnonymous UserCame with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right next to Gate 2. There's free parking available in the backyard, and a big plus is that the parking spots even have EV chargers (slow charging)! The in-house restaurant on the ground floor is incredibly convenient, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners and their family are incredibly kind and welcoming; they were so thoughtful, even giving us a box of local specialties when we checked out. They also offered excellent advice for exploring the scenic area and even provided private car pick-up and drop-off to the Dongzha Scenic Area. Overall, our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend it!

JJiuguodiandaoInitially, I was a bit concerned about the hygiene of the guesthouse in the ancient town, so I brought disposable bed linen. However, upon arrival, I saw that the Wuzhen Mini Program had washing records for every towel, sheet, and duvet, which put my mind at ease. Despite this, two issues arose:
1. Disposable slippers: While wearing them, I suddenly felt a poke. Upon inspection, I found half a toenail inside, indicating they weren't cleaned properly.
2. Small bugs on the bed: I'm not sure if they were bed bugs.
