老牌四星級温泉酒店，雖然房間老了點，但是裝潢用料都是很良心的。衞浴都是TOTO跟惠達的，房間門都是很厚重的實木。別墅還是很不錯，環境很好，很適合大家庭或者同事出遊。温泉是真温泉，可能因為是淡季，開放的池子不多。早餐還可以，當然也值得學習其他好酒店的經驗。

服務一般，有問題反映了讓我找預訂平台；房間沙發下面特別臟，有灰還有掉進去的東西，其實不難掃，就是不盡心吧！早餐真的一言難盡，還小氣地很，那麼多人沒吃的，有面不上，後來是貌似主管的人來了才上了一點麪，對於度假酒店來説，真的不怎麼樣。要不是因為有私湯，我也不會選擇這裏

估計這一波湖北文旅抽中這家酒店的相關差評正在襲來的路上，我先説一下吧。酒店除了位置和周邊環境不錯，其他設施簡直了…床單是破的，廁所燈泡架子是壞的，電話是擺設，沒有涼拖鞋，衹有一次性拖鞋，空調開了一晚上衹有十幾度，洗漱台和床頭桌滿是灰塵，早餐就像十幾年前的旅行團搞法，去的時候幾個菜都空了，小朋友還是19元收費，我也不説什麼了，但是果汁巨難喝，小孩説比橘子味感冒葯噁心。連個水果也沒有…一些小家子氣的東西湊一湊，後面來的旅客靠稀飯和鹹菜敷衍了一頓。要不是離温泉進，誰來啊。呵呵，不會再去第二次。再説温泉，據説是和酒店一家老闆。山湖温泉在户外連一個提示牌都沒有，不知道是什麼功能的温泉，大概是什麼温度，全靠親身體驗…忽冷忽熱，而且沒有工作人員在户外提供乾淨浴巾，還是我自己去更衣室拿的。二樓休息室更簡直，每人一個巴掌大的盤子，裏面衹有2個秧癟癟的小橘子，和2小袋餅乾，菊花茶，就再沒有了…，什麼跑步機，桌球桌，乒乓球桌都是擺設，沒什麼服務，寥寥幾個人，估計大家也都無語走了吧…温泉裏面不方便拍照，我也懶得拍了，句句屬實，大家避坑吧。

室內衞生間的衞生真的有待提高，進房間準備手機充電發現燒水處書桌處插頭均無電，後來洗完頭髮發現廁所的插孔也無電源（吹風固定在牆上又無法拿到有電源的插頭處）……打電話前台20分鐘終於來了個服務員，試了試發現吹風確實無法使用。最後跑去查空開發現空開跳閘了！整一個無語……！！！

實話實説，房間的衞生真的太差太差了！桌椅板凳全是灰，都能寫字的那種！枕頭套也是破的，打客服前台電話無人接聽，帶着孩子們硬是強撐了一夜，空調也是呼呼響了一晚上，很吵！從來沒有住過衞生環境這麼差的！唉！美麗的風景和美好的心情都伴隨着差勁的房間衞生環境而全沒了！第二天温泉也不想泡了，走了走了

房間很大，寬敞。但感覺衞生不咋滴，不知道是不是沒啥人住，睡了一晚我跟小孩身上都起了很多紅包，不知道蚊子咬了，還是蝨子咬了，尤其是後背和四肢上。感覺不止這個價啊，還不如住三百多的房間。

實話實説本次這個和嘉魚不夜城一起的項目套餐確實不錯，性價比也非常高，體驗感都非常好，唯獨後面發生一件事情讓人大跌眼鏡。退房時手機充電器落在房間（新手機配套快充，15分鐘充滿電）打電話去找，就是找不到，反饋也不給，一口就説沒有。整體服務人員的素質真的有待提升。
