這個酒店的前台工作和餐廳工作人員的態度很不好，問下麪條的工作人員問他有沒有芝麻醬，態度很不耐煩大聲説有，雞蛋還是限量，住了這麼多酒店，第一次碰到這種態度，前台也是，問他房間問題，都不好好回答，很不耐煩，房間還有蟑螂，都爬到床上去了，這還能住嗎，請大家不要選這個酒店，是黑店。

招待所的水平，十一有很高的溢價我也能接受。問題是你溢價之後把相關的服務也跟上來，完全沒有。辦入住的時候，一直拉着個臉，好像誰欠她的一樣。入住以後基本都是自助式的，多要一瓶水還要收3塊，住這麼多年的酒店，頭一回碰到。這都是小問題，第二天早上吃飯才把人驚艷到了，稀爛的餐廳，就2個阿姨。除了現做的熱乾麪和寬粉什麼都是冷的，而且東西巨少。餐標額外加還要20一個人，什麼都沒有，跟搶錢沒區別。雞蛋限量供應，2張餐券就2個雞蛋。將近300元一天的房價，都不配多吃一個雞蛋。總之一句話，90年代招待所的水平。100一晚都不值。

房間還比較大，前台服務態度不錯，就是早餐比較一般

房間整體設施對於這個價格來説性價比還是很高的，房間挺大的，安靜整潔舒適乾淨，早餐簡單一些，整體還是很不錯的。

酒店前台服務不好，帶了小朋友，去前台要求多給牙刷跟拖鞋，讓我們自己去702拿，到了阿姨問怎麼沒讓送去房間。我也想問，住過這麼多酒店第一次讓我自己去拿，雖然是小事

這家服務不是一般的差，走的時候遺失了一根充電線，後來打電話到前台詢問是否撿到，還留了電話，説不論找沒找到都會回個話，到現在都是沒下文的，服務簡直太差了
