I think after staying in Hanting Hotels so many times, the service of this hotel is the most problematic. First of all, the prices went up drastically during the exam, and the service attitude was not good. They ask you to follow their official accounts in various ways, and then when you need something, they won’t even answer you even if you call the front desk. Are all front desk staff so crazy? The cleaning ladies are better than them. I promised to clean, but the cleaning lady said she didn't receive any message from the front desk.
Second, the hygiene is a little bit poor.
Thirdly, I clearly booked a morning room, but I was given a room with a king-size bed. This service attitude is ridiculous. I spent more money, but they didn't give me the service and environment I deserved. Isn't this cheating consumers?
The last point is that there is no parking space at the hotel. Since the exam was delayed by less than an hour, they charged 60 yuan more. This is the first time I see Hanting Hotel playing like this! It’s such a scam!

The decoration of this hotel is really great, simple but not simplistic, grand and full of high-end feeling, giving people a feeling of being at home. When I walked into the lobby, the receptionist was very enthusiastic and I was very satisfied with the room I was assigned. I liked the buffet breakfast, fresh milk, soy milk, and hot dry noodles. The oranges were very sweet.

房間很不錯哈，在嘉魚看到這樣一個漂亮酒店真的有眼前一亮的感覺，很乾凈也很舒適住的，房間很大價格也很實惠。衹是有一點我比較介意但是不影響什麼，房間是在最頭前的一間。但是酒店服務這方面還是很不錯的，工作人員很積極的幫忙解決問題。
