Jiayuguan Hotels with Gym

Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice. The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

Every hotel staff is very welcoming, making people feel very comfortable, and the environment is great👍. The most important thing is cleanliness. Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! The hotel is in a good location and has convenient parking. It's very good. It's very close to where I'm going on a business trip. I'll stay there next time. The breakfast is rich. I'll choose here again next time I'm on a business trip. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel service is warm and considerate. The handsome guy who picked us up at the station enthusiastically introduced the beautiful scenery of Jiayuguan to us. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and the room is large and clean. There are many delicious foods next to the hotel, just two steps downstairs. The location is excellent. The Yakexi barbecue next door is very delicious.

The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

I liked it very much. Cozy, clean and spacious room. Above-average friendly staff. They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the bath water is hot and very comfortable. Hygiene: It's clean and no dead spots were found. Environment: The hotel is a bit far away from the old city, but next to it is the 4A-level scenic spot East Lake Park. The night view is beautiful and you can overlook the Qilian Snow Mountain. Service: I received a call from the hotel front desk in the morning and took the initiative to reserve a parking space for us. We received warm hospitality as soon as we arrived at the hotel door. The staff were proactive and professional. The welcome snacks in the room gave us a small surprise. The restaurant staff also introduced us to the scenery of Jiayuguan, which left us with wonderful memories.

The front desk service is very good and there is a laundry room. The room is very new. There are pothos in the room and a humidifier. For the newly renovated hotel, it shows that the boss is very attentive. I was upgraded to a twin room with my baby. Two bottles of water were not enough and they gave me water. Seeing that they were very busy, I took the initiative to go downstairs to the front desk to get it and was happy to do so. This hotel is the most satisfying and has the best service in the Northwest. When I stay in the South, I am used to professional hotel services. This hotel has a sense of service and is highly recommended.

The experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is) I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich! I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

This time I brought my children to Fantawild. From the moment I checked in, I was very satisfied with the service. The lady at the front desk would provide warm water and hand towels. The details determine success or failure. You did a great job. Considering the children we had, we were given a free upgrade to the family room, which was very thoughtful. Then the overall environment of the guest room is very comfortable, the layout is warm, and a clothesline is thoughtfully prepared in the bathroom so that the children have a place to hang their clothes after washing. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious, and both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The next day when we checked in to renew our stay, we remembered the wrong date, and the lady patiently reminded us. Very satisfied with the overall service, guest rooms, restaurants, cleaning, and security! Looking forward to our next trip to Jiayuguan.
