The service was terrible. A hotel's hardware environment and software service are equally important. This hotel's service awareness was extremely poor, and they were also incredibly unreasonable. We checked in at midnight and found there were no parking spaces available. We tried to back out but were blocked by the turnstile. We called the hotel to ask them to open the gate, but they didn't come for ages. We had to go to the lobby to call them before they finally slowly opened the gate. We had to find our own parking spot, and no one helped with our luggage. Because we arrived so late, we slept in the morning. At 11:30 am, a staff member knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out or extending our stay! Did I need to be knocked on to remind me whether I wanted to check out or extend my stay? I didn't know myself! This was the first time I'd encountered this situation. Don't guests who check in at midnight have the right to sleep in? Isn't checkout normally delayed until 2 am? Why are they stopping us at 11 am? We called to complain, and they just made excuses and gave us all sorts of reasons. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The cleanliness is terrible. With this level of service, the hotel will go out of business sooner or later.

Breakfast is provided free of charge. The counter staff is friendly and the free washer and dryer are convenient to use.

This is the most annoying hotel I have ever stayed in. To be honest, the facilities and hygiene are of the consistent level of Four Seasons, which makes people feel at ease. Except for the poor sound insulation, where I can hear the coughing and flushing of the toilet next door, everything else is ok. The breakfast is also delicious. But since we checked in at night until after 9 o'clock, there have been harsh sounds of electric drilling and decoration noises coming from the room. I contacted the front desk, but was told that "there is no possibility of renovation". I asked a master to come and take a look, but after waiting for 10 minutes no one responded. I called again and the manager finally arrived. The noise just stopped when I arrived, luckily I recorded it in advance. When the manager used the speakerphone to contact the person in charge, I heard him say, "There is no way this is going to be renovated. This must be the customer making trouble!" I couldn't believe my ears. Is this your service attitude? When a customer reports a problem, the first reaction is not to verify, but to slander? I suppressed my anger and asked for a room change. Although the manager took the initiative to upgrade my room, I was already ready to rest. I was forced to toss and turn in the middle of the night with my luggage spread out and wearing thin pajamas. We later found out that the noise came from the restaurant next door being renovated at night - if you had taken it seriously earlier, why would it have come to this? I hope you can truly reflect on this: If you can’t even show the most basic respect and trust to your guests, what’s the point of talking about service? Please give all employees a lesson in professional ethics and don't let the next customer go through this ridiculous experience again.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room facilities are complete, including a small refrigerator. The laundry room on the second floor has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, tastes good, and is very cost-effective.

Brand hotel, good quality. But the service is really bad, there is construction going on inside the hotel, and they started swinging sledgehammers at 8am! Start drilling at ten o'clock! The violent demolition of the wall began at 11 o'clock! See who dares to live here, haha

The newly opened hotel has clean and tidy rooms. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The parking space is very convenient behind the hotel. The breakfast tastes good and everyone in the family is very satisfied.

I was passing by Jiayuguan to do some renovations, but there was a problem: the door to the room my friend was staying in was opened by the elder sister while he was asleep, and she was still talking at the door.
