I was asked to check in before the room was clean, and there were no toiletries. I went to the front desk to find a new room. They didn't bring me the room card to change, and they didn't let me go down to change it. I was asked to wait in the previous room for nothing, and then I changed rooms. The smart twin room booked is said to be able to control all smart appliances by Xiaodu. As a result, the lights suddenly turned off in the middle of the night and were turned on three times at 1 or 2 in the morning, forcing me to change rooms.
