This is a spanking new hotel with very spacious rooms and helpful staff. The room is very comfortable and clean, with pleasant aesthetics.
Do note, however, that it is located slightly further away from Jieyang old town. And there may be some construction noise throughout as it's adjacent to the upcoming regional railway.

首先前台辦入住，我們是4個人，問了一下有沒有兩個相鄰的房間，前台一個男的陰陽怪氣的回答，你直接説沒有不就好了，在那跟我欠了他八百萬一樣，其次房間一進去，有很嚴重的異味，還有抽煙的味道，這個全季是我住過所有全季裏，最差的一個了

不管是出差還是旅行 在外有全季酒店的話都會選擇 風格一直很喜歡 揭陽這家全季是新開不久的 設施什麼都不錯 住的房間沒有異味都挺好的 服務態度也好 早餐豐盛好吃～

能説點什麼呢！！！
入住的時候，衣架上都是灰塵，那個不知道是什麼玩意的，是壞的
地板滲水，水壺污漬，木板開裂！
真的是無力吐槽！
個人來説，我真的是服氣！
大堂就一個廁所，一個馬桶，感情你們不分男女？
更可氣的是什麼你們懂嗎？早餐在7樓，看似精緻的擺盤，其實就真的沒有什麼吃的！一看旁邊有個煮的檔口，要了碗麪，等了n久，可笑，人家把麪端過來，可佐料在檔口那吖，於是自己端着麪回去加佐料再端回來！
檔口旁邊是員工通道門吧，吃個早餐時間，一個門哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐哐了上百次，我衹想問問，我能爆粗嗎？
還有，小孩子吃着早餐想上個廁所，一問，餐廳沒廁所，七樓沒廁所，廁所在三樓！嗯，在電梯裏憋不住的話，我還得跟酒店要個小孩子褲子來穿？
再吐槽一點，員工的制服也是奇葩，那女孩給我們倒完茶，一轉身，都不知道是褲子問題，還是腿粗問題，都勒出內褲形狀了！想幹嘛！
簡直是差到極致的體驗，光餐廳沒有廁所就無法想象！服，大寫加粗的服！服務不行，衞生不行，設施不行，一個酒店能幹到這樣也是真行！
