Jieyang Marriott Hotel

The hotel is located in a prime location facing the river and Jieyang Building. Manager Liao at the front desk was warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. She specially arranged a room near the elevator for us, an elderly couple. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. In particular, the executive lounge provided a wide variety of drinks and simple meals, and the swimming pool was very clean and tidy. We stayed for two consecutive nights. From morning to night, from the front office to the executive lounge, we could see Manager Liao busy all the time. It was really hard work. It is not easy for hotel employees. Thanks to their hard work, we had a warm experience as travelers.

This time I stayed at the Marriott Hotel. The experience was very good. The service level was high. Before I arrived in Jieyang, a guy from the hotel called me in advance to ask if I had any requirements. I said I needed a night bed. When I arrived at the hotel late at night, I saw the night bed, which was very heartwarming. The next day, the front desk waitress Rika Zhang was very patient in solving my problem! Good review!

I went back to my hometown to worship and stayed in a newly opened hotel, which is also a better hotel in Jieyang in recent years. The location is far from the village, and it takes about 45 to 50 minutes to get to Guiling. The receptionist at the front desk was a little worse on the night of check-in. His attitude was stiff and his words made people feel uncomfortable. Everything else was very good, whether it was the facilities, the service of other staff, or the environment. Highlight 1: The view from the room is particularly great, you can see the Rongjiang River, and the room is also very large. Suggestion: The hair dryer and toiletries used in the room can be appropriately improved. Highlight 2: The heated swimming pool and gym, I didn’t have time to experience them this time, I must experience them next time. Highlight 3: The breakfast is quite exquisite, especially the variety of bread. Suggestion: There is no toaster, it is recommended to add one. Overall, I will consider it next time, and I hope the hotel will gradually improve and get better and better.

The hotel opened in November last year. I booked it because it was new. The room was big enough and the equipment was very new and good, but the decoration smelled a lot and the hotel did not control it well. There was no fresh air during my stay (I arrived at Shantou Marriott on the same day but there was fresh air). The rest was no different from Marriott hotels in other cities. I suggest that you wait until the smell dissipates before coming back.

Marriott brand, good location, high floor, basically overlooking Jieyang Building, breakfast is rich and exquisite. Service staff is of high quality, child-friendly hotel. This hotel is relatively new, and the environment and sanitation are good.

Friends who come to Jieyang, please avoid thunder. This is a Marriott listed hotel, not a Marriott directly operated hotel. After we checked in at 3 pm (2 rooms), we were told that the room was not cleaned and asked to wait for an hour. Out of understanding, we went out and walked around. We never waited for the hotel's check-in notice. We called to inquire and were told to wait until 7 pm. The front desk clerk had an attitude of "it's none of my business". He didn't even look at you during the whole process and kept emphasizing that there was no waiter to clean the room. During this period, there was no lobby manager to solve the problem. At the same time, we were told that only one room could be given, and another room needed to continue to wait for cleaning. Can friends understand the mood of collapse at that time? At that time, the waiter said to send a fruit plate to apologize. Based on the principle of going out to play and not wanting to get angry, I didn't argue with them. When I came to the room and saw the fruit plate, I was shocked. It was just a tangerine and a small sand fruit. The dignified Marriott Hotel, it made me laugh and cry. It wasn't until almost 8 pm that the hotel gave the second room. When we communicated with the hotel, the hotel manager said innocently that he could only say sorry to us and there was no other solution. Because I booked the room on Ctrip, Ctrip followed up and solved the problem, and the hotel gave me a 20% discount. The experience was too bad. I would rather enjoy quality service without discount. The front desk clerk and the manager had no sense of service, and their attitude was just "I'm just working here". The above is not exaggerated, and it is all true.
