It is located in a residential area, it is the Chaozhou Sidianjin, next to Guo Zhiqi's former residence, the room decoration is very new and clean! ! There is air conditioning and hot water for showering! It is worth introducing that there is a buffet vegetarian restaurant in front of Shuangfeng Temple. It is very delicious and costs ¥20 per person! !

I chose it online based on two reasons: first, it had just opened, and second, it was less than ten minutes' walk from City God Temple, Xue Palace and other attractions. After settling down, I found it was a great choice. The beautiful boss decorated the yard very warmly, so you can have a good tea there. Although the room layout is simple, it is fully functional. The gray cat at the gate is a stray cat who is about to become a mother. She is very quiet and stays at the gate. The other little yellow cat belongs to the neighbor across the street, but it plays here during the day and is very friendly. A wonderful trip to Jieyang. For this stay, I must give a good review.

Let me first talk about the overall feeling: the room is nice but not practical, but the merchant has a very good attitude and will respond promptly to any needs. First: If you have booked a twin bed room for 4 people, please note that the lobby is not in the same location as shown in the merchant's picture. The 4 rooms, namely Plum, Orchid, Bamboo and Chrysanthemum, are in another location and there is no lobby. The guest room is right behind the door. There is a tea table in the courtyard of the public area on P3. If there are many people staying at the same time, there is no soundproofing and privacy is average (because guests are moving back and forth). Even on the day of check-in, there are other people who check out and come back to use the public toilet... Second: The room is very nice, but it has a bit of a new smell. The standard configuration is a 4-person room, but there are no daily necessities in the room (I found them myself in the linen room later), and there are many mosquitoes in the renovated old room. Key points: There are no room facilities, no luggage racks, and no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. The toilet and bathroom do not have dry and wet separation. Finally, let’s talk about the price: you can book a duplex hotel with complete facilities by adding a few dozen to the room rate of 300+. The housing facilities at the same price are indeed lacking, but the geographical location is very good and it is close to many tourist attractions.

The bosses are very nice and the location is great, but the air conditioning and smell are not so good, and the price is a bit expensive.
