This lady didn't even say "Hello, excuse me" in a civilized way. She knocked on the door very loudly. Sound, very rude. The check-in experience is very average, the service needs to be improved, and the room facilities are also very average. There are no bathroom slippers, and there is no anti-slip rubber floor mat in the shower room. The hotel slippers are also of average quality, and the uppers will peel off if your feet get a little wet. There is dust in some corners. The only thing I'm satisfied with is that the hotel is close to the scenic spots and can be reached on foot.

華住旗下的一直沒什麼大問題，這次的房間比較小，但好在智能化，隔音也不錯，乾濕分離，五臟俱全，外賣也送的上來（機器人送的，可愛鼠啦），給這次汕頭行畫上句號啦～

地理位置好。離城隍廟和揭陽學府都是步行10分鐘就到了，我們是步行到的中山路步行街，很方便！房間很乾凈，前台小女生服務好！機器人也不錯😊😊😊
