Hotels in Jieyang city center area, Jieyang

I stayed at two All Seasons Hotels during this trip: Jieyanglou Store A and Jieyang Avenue Store B. Here's a comparison: Facilities: Store A's facilities felt newer. For instance, regarding amenities, Store A provides individually packaged laundry detergent, while Store B uses pump dispensers. Cleanliness: Both Store A and Store B maintained good hygiene, but Store A's bathroom was noticeably cleaner. Location: Store A doesn't have any shops nearby, making Store B relatively more convenient. Room: Store B's rooms were more spacious and had a more comfortable layout. Service: The service at both hotels was good, with prompt responses to any requests.

The sanitation is very clean, super intimate, there is a razor in the supplies, just because my husband forgot to bring it, it is really intimate Service: Miss at the front desk, very gentle and caring

The reception staff were friendly n warmth. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Rongjiang river opposite the hotel is beautiful. You can find restaurants n cafes within walking distance from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Facilities: Everything you need, very new. The postcard booth at the front desk is nice. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Nice environment, quite central. Service: Excellent, convenient parking. Electricity charging station next door for the tram is very affordable. The staff were very friendly.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are clean, facilities are well-appointed, and the service is truly outstanding – absolutely deserving of a five-star rating. My overall experience was fantastic; the hotel boasts a great location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly warm and welcoming staff. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

Let's not talk about the room first, the service is really good. When I checked in, the guy at the front desk upgraded the room for free. I thought that was it, but I didn't expect that the girl at the front desk also sent fruits and snacks. The service is really good. I don't know why the service is so good, why is the score so low? You can also swim for free when you check in, which is good, but unfortunately I can't swim, so I can only watch others play. The room environment is also good, the overall style is simple and light luxury. The house can basically be controlled by Xiaodu in the room, and even the takeaway is delivered by robots, so you don't have to go down to get it yourself, which is so worry-free.

The staff were friendly and helpful. You could make an appointment or send your clothes to the front desk for cleaning. After drying, you could schedule a time to have them returned to your room, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was okay, though limited in variety and leaned towards Cantonese cuisine. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai might not be comfortable with it. The dinner buffet, included in the room rate, was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and good taste. The waiters were also very friendly. The hotel is located in the old city, close to attractions and restaurants, and is highly recommended. I was a bit annoyed by the TV projection fee, which is the cheapest in Chaoshan at 5.99 per day and 7.99 for two days. The shower room was also quite small. While there was a folding clothes hanger, it was still inconvenient to store towels and a change of clothes.

The room is big, parking is OK, and it's far from restaurants. There are a lot of hair and marks on the sheets and pillowcases. It's quiet at night. The weather is cold and the water is not hot. It's better to check whether the water is hot enough when taking a shower. The sound insulation is poor. It's noisy when someone walks through the door at night.

I booked a room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathtub was round, so if you plan on taking a bath, you'd ideally need a round disposable bath liner. The rectangular ones provided in the room tended to slip easily. The room itself was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the inadequate wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The shower area and the toilet were very close, causing water to easily splash onto the toilet when showering. Even after getting out of the bathtub, the surrounding floor was quite wet. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the location offered convenient access to public transport and was close to tourist attractions. However, the only minor inconvenience was the absence of convenience stores nearby. We had to go further afield or order delivery for water and other essentials. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.
