The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. Well done Rong Jiang Hotel!

The environment is good, not far from the scenic spot, the bedding is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and the hardware facilities are okay, but the sound insulation effect is too poor. I remind future guests not to live on the ninth or tenth floor. There is a KTV on the eleventh floor, where ghosts and wolves sing. The noise lasted until four o'clock in the morning, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well. I am used to praise!

The hotel is in a very good location and is convenient for travel. All facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes good. The lady at the front desk is very patient and answers all questions. The service was warm and thoughtful. I chose several different rooms and was always patient and meticulous in helping with recommendations. I had a very comfortable stay. Come again next time!

Very good, cost-effective, quiet parking space. It’s a bit biased, but it doesn’t matter if you drive by yourself. I will live in Jieyang next time. It is recommended

The rooms arranged by the hotel face the south, and you can see the sunrise and sunset. The guest rooms have direct water supply, which is very rare. Fruits are also delivered every day, which is good. Although there is no underground parking lot, there are still many parking spaces. The self-service breakfast has fewer varieties, but the room rate is low, which is understandable. There is a hot spring swimming pool, which guests can use for free. It is a good choice to stay here when visiting Puning.

Newly opened hotel with nice decoration style. This brand is one of my favorite hotels. No matter which city I go to for business, the first choice is Lavande Hotel. All equipments are quite complete. The wardrobe is quite wide and equipped with 6 hangers of different models. You can hang any clothes. It is very considerate. The curtains are automatic and the shading effect is also very good. The trash can is also large enough. It will not be full when you put a little stuff in it. The wifi is not stuck at all. Anyway, I recommend it.
