Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended.

A wonderful hotel.
We used the masssge service for 128 rmb / 30 min.
We had a stunning view to the sunrise over the mountsin and grest help, with getting the ski ticket and everything else organized. Also kn english.
The lobby is also really cozy.

This brand new hotel is really great!! Clean, amazing friendly stuff, ski equipment, sauna & gym! Beside that the hotel was made with so much love to every detail!

I would like to call it the most cost-effective hotel in Songhua Lake
1. The front desk upgraded the room to a high floor for free
2. There is a free late-night cafeteria to satisfy foodies
3. The breakfast is rich and I want to use it in the sun room
4. Although it is not possible to delay check-out, it provides a shower room. I hope other hotels can learn from it
5. The car pick-up and drop-off is really great for this price
6. This service is even better than many five-star hotels

This is my first time to check in at Yunlu Hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone. It is suitable for family, couples and friends. The environment is very clean and the service is very thoughtful. You can get a car to pick you up and drop you off at the ski resort every day. The hotel also has a sense of design and there are midnight snacks in the evening. I will come here again next time.

We are three families with children. We booked a three-bedroom suite. Friends said it was worth a second visit. Both the hardware configuration and the service were great. We gave breakfast to the three children. When we checked out, we couldn't find a room card. The staff said nicely that they didn't ask for good reviews like other hotels! ! !
