I stayed a few nights at the Home Inn Jilin Xiamen street branch and what bothered me the most was the strong smell of cigarettes even inside the room. The roof on the 7th floor walkway was also leaking and it didn’t seem like anyone bothered to fix it.
Otherwise, I like the fact that there was a laundry room for guests and some basic amenities.
Only book this hotel if you are ok with your room smelling like cigarettes all day long.

A small TV less than thirty inches. The bed was quite hard. There were only two pairs of paper-thin disposable slippers in the entire room. No soap. There is no wardrobe and no plastic slippers in the bathroom. No anti-slip mat.
