首先，枕套黃的銹住了，隨處可見的頭髮和馬桶的尿漬衞生堪憂其次不隔音，隔壁打麻將説話能聽見，白天還好説，晚上吵死了，休息不好最後態度極差，我點了外賣閃購了一提水，**給我打電話説不讓上樓，放在前台讓我自己下去取，我説那就讓前台給我送上來，小哥説她也不給你送，於是我掛了電話打電話到前台，讓她給我送上來，前台説我們送不了，讓我自己下去，我説我還有一提水，我還得一趟一趟下去取，我説你隨便找個人給我送上來保潔或者啥的都行，她説前台人不夠，保潔也沒有，我説我取不了，她説讓我等着，過了半天我的水也到了，我又打電話到前台，讓她一起給我送上來，前台直接告訴我，沒時間，然後啪一下掛斷電話，接着打了三四次電話，都是我話還沒説完就直接掛斷，最後一個男的接的，給我送上來了，我想説的是既然你不讓外賣上樓，那你就給顧客送到房間，我住在這是為了方便，不是讓你給我製造困難的，我要是自己下去取隔壁就是超市，我何必閃購，還有我住在這花了錢有問題讓你解決很正常，跟我整這一齣兒，我該你的嗎，什麼態度，好像欠她幾萬塊一樣，不能幹就回家綜上所述，受不了就別來

如圖（放大圖片看得清楚），衞生很差，前台服務態度不好，像是個幹特殊服務的。一樓洗浴更是騙人的，很破很臟，一股味，進去沒洗就出來了。帶1米3的孩子住宿還讓孩子額外交15塊錢，説是洗浴錢，説是不洗也得交。還有説是2樓有休閑區有桌球和乒乓球，小孩子想玩，結果桌球一個小時15元，乒乓球拍子都是壞的，而且就在廁所和餐桌中間放着，兩個服務員***就一左一右的在乒乓球桌兩邊躺着刷小視頻，很生氣你去玩，就差沒罵人了，可嚇人了。沒有水，最有趣的是洗漱用品還收費，最後一張圖。
