The villa is super big and spacious. Is fully equipped and we had an amazing stay. We had a BBQ at the backyard and it was wonderful. We will definitely come back, great place!

It's a holiday, but the large number of people is not an excuse. The cleanliness of the room may be due to changing the bedding. The hygiene on the floor needs to be paid attention to. There is a peculiar smell near the sofa. The pillows in the room on the second floor smell like oil.

首先，給個大大的贊給管家大狀！👍👍👍全程無死角五星級服務。第一天怕我們行李多，不好行步梯，我們還沒到她就在邊上等着接我們，還幫忙搬行李。之後又幫我們訂票、找教練，第一天滑雪時還帶着我們吃早餐、幫孩子門穿戴裝備，真的是個非常好的姑娘。對，別被名字嚇到，她是個姑娘，哈哈。
其次，住的地方，還是挺不錯，雖然裝修有點舊，但還是挺温馨。而且有前後院子，孩子玩雪玩得可開心。
別墅來迴雪場，都有司機接送，服務到晚上7點。
整體來説，體驗還算不錯的。下次如果來松花湖，我還會選擇找大狀。❤❤

店裡的環境衞生設施都非常棒，交通非常方便，有停車位。主要最滿意的還是服務，管家態度非常好，帶我們到別墅以後簡單的介紹了一下房子和環境，很少説話。我們寄存一些東西也可以幫我們保管的很好，辦事很貼心
