首先説一下，我絕不會惡意惡評誰，但是此次入住體驗感真的很差，我會客觀的實事求是的進行評價並會貼上照片和聊天記錄。
優勢就是價格算便宜吧，一晚上6-700？
缺點:1.衞生真的很差2.每一個床，沙發旁邊都沒有充電接口，充電非常困難 3.三樓的大床房的床頭多次倒下，晚上睡覺砸到人 4.投影儀不好用，ktv設備不好用 5.床墊的質量都很差 6.幾乎沒有服務，微信不回覆，開始定的時候有接送每天1次來回，入住後就沒有了，後來告訴我讓我自己叫給我報，拜託，誰也不是差這10塊錢，？！7.我特意查了一下，這個別墅 21年叫作佳尚家，那個時候和現在是一樣一樣的，沒有一點更改，拜託房間被新房東經手了能不能上點心？8.上下鋪的上鋪沒有鋪一次性的床單，也沒有被子和枕頭，我問為什麼沒有呢？告訴我那個上鋪是備用的，我真的不知道説啥，你拿出來營業是不是應該都準備好？？否則你為什麼在頁面上宣傳，你這屬於虛假宣傳吧，我感覺我應該投訴315。。。。
還有很多吐槽點，，，不想説了。。。。
總之，體驗感極差，非常不推薦，希望看到評論的你不要定，除非你就想試試有多差😓

衞生中規中矩，環境距離雪場超級遠，服務垃圾到極致！ 房間沒有水，花錢的，不花錢的都沒有！ 洗衣機壞的！ 床單被罩都用最差的一次行的套上的！ 找不到，也沒人領你，全憑遠程遙控指揮！ 三樓的燈告訴你去二樓找開關！ 此生最差體驗！ 36秒第一次遇見這麼垃圾的地方！

元旦帶着父母和孩子去吉林松花湖滑雪場跨年，在攜程上預訂的是另外一家民宿，但是因為房東原因無法正常入住攜程諮詢了我的需求後更換了這家。首先説一下好的方面：1. 位置離雪場很近 2. 房東比較熱情，發訊息回覆及時 3. 屋內有滑梯孩子比較喜歡。再説下不好的地方：1. 衞生真的很差，沙發、地面、桌面、洗手間很多衞生死角，不忍細看。2. 設施不齊備，水龍頭壞的、熱水器容量也不夠，洗一半沒熱水了；沒有正常的毛巾、浴巾都是一次性的薄的棉柔巾；沒有正常的床上用品、也都是被芯套的一次性紙巾材質的套子，讓人很不適；房東的個人物品堆積在室內櫃子裏，怎麼講，既然選擇做民宿就還是要把個人物品儘量清理好，或者專門有個空間集中放置個人物品，商業出租還是要和客人還有邊界感的。不用的麻將桌也側放在房間裏看着很亂。已經過了一段時間了、但是回想起這次旅行單從住宿角度是不滿意的，以後選民宿也會更加謹慎。

房間上下三層， 房間有地暖，距離雪場的距離尚可，往北有一家下午兩點🕑開的小超市，斜着38號有一家24小時自助超市，方便。管家全程微信，房間裏都是一次性四件套等，性價比不錯。

這別墅性價比太高了，比公寓都要便宜，住了2晚，還特別暖和，別墅房間裏給的都是一次性的床單被套枕套，該説不説老闆挺下成本的，出門在外還有這麼乾淨衞生的房子住，下次還來！
