服務差的很，住了十幾天，房間沒梳子，水龍頭旁邊沒洗手液。不信讓老闆現在去檢查，依然沒有。昨天今早上給説了，今早上想梳頭，依然沒有梳子。把顧客不當一回事。跟前台專門強調，一點都不重視，前台差勁的很。以後絕對不住這家了。感覺唯獨餐廳的阿姨服務很好，甘肅人。

房間很好有種回家的感覺
硬件設施還有格局設計很棒
早上還沒有退房，然後就有人進來打掃了
真是棒棒的👍👍
前台打電話問是否退房，我提及房間有人進來過
沒有人管。
最後報警處理了，酒店表示我也沒有開請勿打擾
真是神邏輯

房間入住不錯，枕頭也舒服，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，
但是有個小建議:房間洗漱台下麪應該當個垃圾桶，而且洗漱盆應該稍微深一點

衞生不好，馬桶蓋上有上一個客人留下的污漬，浴巾有長頭髮。
早上有服務員敲門，不是問需要扔垃圾嗎，就是送充電器，十點鐘過後半個小時敲一次。
早餐就更加沒法説。衹有玉米糊糊，雞蛋，還有一個辣椒，沒了
