酒店開張不久，設施很新，衞生間乾濕分離，服務也不錯，但廁所返味嚴重，房間裏很臭，用紙蓋住地漏澆水，並打開香薰都蓋不住，沒辦法我衹能把車裡的香薰拿了上來，雖然臭味被混合了，可以入睡但不知道對身體是否有影響。窗户非常小，衹占房間的一小部分，看來這棟樓的設計之初並不是酒店，房間的牆是後隔開的，因此隔音不好，隔壁房説話的聲音都聽得見，隔壁房馬桶沖水的聲音非常大。早餐一般，服務人員和客人同時吃飯，導致服務人員少，咖啡機缺水、排渣要等。12層高的樓衹有一部電梯，座電梯要等很久。
